The Effort Guide
What each task on your site asks of your time — per task, in minutes.
UpliftCRE asks for your time in small sittings, not projects. Here is what each task costs.
| Task | Time | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Add a listing | About 10 minutes | Property Listings → Add New |
| Record a closed deal | About 10 minutes | Track Record → Add New |
| Write a case study | About 10 minutes | Case Studies → Add New |
| Build a market report | About 10 minutes | Market Reports → Add New |
| Update your bio | 5–10 minutes | Team Directory → your profile |
| Write an article | About 10 minutes. You talk, it writes. | Blog → Add New |
| Connect your domain | A few minutes | Website Settings → Custom Domain |
Who sees each menu: Market Reports is a Director menu, and Blog belongs to Directors (staff can draft); Custom Domain sits in Website Settings, a Director menu; the rest of the menus above are open to advisors, with listings and deals scoped to their own. The full map is in Your dashboard.
How a task actually goes
You talk, it writes. Every content task has the same shape: you give the assistant what you know — type it, or record a voice note — the AI drafts, you read it over and correct anything, and you approve it. The approval is yours alone; nothing you make publishes until you give it. The one exception is Market Voice articles, which publish on schedule — see Market Voice.
What you never have to do
- You never touch design, layouts, or code. The design stays locked — you cannot break it by mistake, and neither can the AI.
- You never publish half-finished work by accident. Every piece you make waits for your approval before it goes live.
The rhythm after launch
One task, one sitting. Ten minutes for a listing, ten for a deal, ten for an article. The cadence stays small on purpose — that is what keeps a site current without it becoming a second job.
