Your First Week
A first-week checklist — what to check, what to publish, and how your site's sections appear as you go.
Your site arrives with the foundation in place. Your bio and core pages — home, about, services, contact — are drafted from your intake answers, and your services, asset types, markets, team directory, FAQs, and glossary are on from day one. Most of the first week is checking what is already there and adding your first proof.

Check the drafts
Read your bio and your core pages. They were built from your intake answers, so most advisors only correct details. Every field is editable.
- Your bio: open Team Directory and edit your profile.
- The core pages: open Website Pages → Home Page, About Page, and Contact Page (a Director menu).
Publish your first listing
Open Property Listings → Add New. The listings section appears with your first published listing. Adding one takes about 10 minutes: name the listing, add your source documents, fill in the essentials, and add your notes. Nothing goes live until you publish it. The walk-through is in Property Listings.
Record your closed deals
Open Track Record → Add New — one deal, about 10 minutes. At three recorded deals, the track-record section appears: your closed work, shown as proof for anyone who looks you up. Track Record
Collect testimonials
Open Testimonials → Add New (a Director menu). Add what clients already said about you — name, quote, and a rating. The testimonials section appears once three are published. Only add quotes your client approved in writing, and any later edit takes the testimonial down until it is re-approved. No AI writes testimonials. Testimonials
Write your first article
Open Blog → Add New. About 10 minutes. You talk, it writes. At three published articles, the insights section appears — below that, each article still goes live on its own; the section page waits until there is a body of work worth showing. Articles
When you are ready to go live
Your site stays hidden from search engines until you launch, and going live is connecting your domain: open Website Settings → Custom Domain and follow the four steps. Custom domain
The shape of it
The sections on your site appear as you publish — no switches, nothing to wait on. See Tools and sections for the full picture, and The effort guide for what each task costs in time.
