Property Listings

Every listing gets its own page on your site, with the details buyers and tenants look for.

A listing here is a real page on your own domain — full property details, a written description, local market context — in a form search engines and AI assistants can read. Give the builder the address and your source documents, and it writes everything else; you review before anything goes live. One listing takes about 10 minutes.

Where to find it

In your dashboard, open Property Listings in the left menu. Every role sees it: Directors see the firm's listings, advisors see their own, and staff members work on their own listings as drafts. Click Add New, or Edit any row in the list.

Step by step

  1. Name the listing. The title field says it: "Start here — name your listing (usually the property address)". Start typing and full-address suggestions appear; land with no street address? Check No street address? Common for land. Click Next →.
  2. Add your source docs. Drop files into the dropzone or click to browse — an offering memorandum or teaser, marketing flyer, appraisal-district printout, survey, floor plans. Photos you drop here save to the photo gallery; the documents themselves stay private and never appear on your listing. Nothing on hand? Click Skip — I don't have documents yet.
  3. Fill in the essentials. Listing status, sale or lease, property type and subtype, address, price, and the agent. These stay in sync with the detail tabs below — fill them in either place.
  4. Add your notes. Optional: the story behind the deal, who it fits, what makes it unusual. With demographics on, neighborhood population and income figures are fetched for you here.
  5. Generate. Click Generate Listing Content. The builder reads your documents and notes and writes the page, then collapses to a Review & publish panel: review the content, confirm your main photo, publish when ready — "AI can make mistakes — read it before you publish. Nothing goes live until you hit Publish." Not happy? Regenerate rewrites the generated content; Revert to previous brings the last version back.

After generating, every piece is editable text in its own tab — photos, pricing and financials, property specs, marketing copy, social posts, emails, documents, and more. Edit anything, then press Publish.

What you get

17 pieces of AI-written copy per listing, all editable:

  • the listing itself — description, highlights, highest-and-best-use analysis, financial summary, location write-up
  • buyer personas with talking points and objection handling — for you and your team, not the public page
  • outreach emails for buyers, broker co-op, and seller and nearby-owner prospecting
  • a social kit — LinkedIn post, Facebook post, reel script, hashtag sets
  • the search engine title and description

Also included, alongside the copy:

  • a print-ready, tracked QR code for your sign — download it from the QR Code tab as PNG (print, 1000px) or SVG
  • a 59-column CSV for flyer design — Download this listing (CSV) in the sidebar for one, Export Your Listings (CSV) above the list for many
  • a shareable deal memo — a free, one-page summary anyone can open and forward, no sign-in

Good to know

  • Nothing goes live until you publish. Drafts stay in your dashboard.
  • The AI never invents a figure. If your documents don't support a number, the field stays honest.
  • The sold price is your call. In the Deal Tracking fields, Show the sold price publicly stays off unless your client has agreed — off, the price stays private and the page keeps the asking price.
  • A listing can also be kept off the network entirely with the Confidential listing switch — your site only. The document vault, if your firm has it on, appears in the same builder — see The Document Vault.

Troubleshooting

The listings section isn't showing on my site. The listings section — the archive page and the menu link — appears once one listing is published. Drafts don't count. Each published listing is live at its own link either way; the Modules screen in your dashboard shows what's visible.

I closed a listing — where did it go? Nowhere. A closed listing's page stays on your site. When you mark it Under Contract, Sold, or Leased, the builder asks "Capture the deal?" — click Fill it in now and the final terms pre-fill a Track Record entry, about a minute; Later parks it.
