Leads

Twelve pre-built forms and a private inbox for every submission, with research before you call.

Every site ships with twelve CRE-specific lead forms already placed, and every submission becomes a private lead record in your inbox. Leads captured on your site belong to you: the platform never uses your lead data for its own marketing, and leads are never public.

Where to find it

In your dashboard, open Leads Inbox in the left menu. Directors see the firm's leads; advisors see their own; staff members can read across the firm to help triage. There is no Add New button anywhere — leads arrive only from your site's forms, which keeps the record honest.

The list screen

The inbox is a table — each lead's title, its owner, and the date — with one button above it: Export All Leads (CSV). The export is a 41-column CSV carrying the contact, the inquiry, the research results, and the full attribution. An advisor's export holds their own leads; a Director's covers the firm.

The detail screen

Open a lead and everything the form captured is organized into tabs:

  • Contact — name, email, phone, company, and the message they wrote.
  • Classification — lead type, source, status, and who it's assigned to.
  • Pipeline — stage, value, and expected close.
  • Requirements — property type needed, size, budget, target markets, and which listing they asked about.
  • Inquiry Details — the form they used, the page they came from, and the full attribution: URL, referrer, and campaign tags.
  • Follow-Up — next action, outcome, and an activity log.

Alongside the tabs, the Lead Research Tool walks the research: read the lead, click Research This Lead (or Re-Research This Lead to refresh it), and review the results. Running research is a Director action; advisors see the finished briefs on their own leads. And when Lead Intelligence is on, the lead's own panel offers Generate call-prep brief and Generate follow-up draft — see Lead Intelligence.

What you get

  • a private lead for every form submission
  • full attribution on every lead — where it came from and what campaign brought it
  • an AI research brief when a Director runs research, marked confirmed or unverified — see Lead Intelligence
  • a 41-column CSV export any time

Good to know

  • Leads are never public, and the pages behind the forms stay out of search engines.
  • You can edit and export — but not delete or reassign. Advisors can't delete a lead or hand it to someone else, so the record stays honest; on a team site, assignment changes belong to the Director.
  • The forms are pre-built and pre-placed. They include seller valuation, buyer search, tenant search, landlord consultation, 1031 exchange, business brokerage, property inquiry, schedule-a-call, general contact, and a newsletter form. The tenant-search form is a guided intake that asks everything you'd ask on a first conversation, so the lead arrives pre-qualified instead of "hi, call me." Every form carries bot protection.
  • To send leads into the CRM you already run, see Lead Delivery.
