Lead Delivery

Send every lead to the CRM you already run, through one webhook that works with the tools you use.

Lead Delivery is how your leads reach the CRM you already run: one webhook sender that works with any tool that accepts webhooks — Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or your CRM's own webhook endpoint. The idea is simple: we feed your CRM. We don't replace it. Your site's forms deliver into the system of record you already have.

Where to find it

In your dashboard, open Website Settings in the left menu and go to the Integrate With Other Apps tab, under the heading "When someone contacts you." This screen is a Director-level setting — advisors and staff don't see Website Settings at all.

Step by step

  1. Click Add Destination. One row per destination — name it with the Label field ("Acme CRM", "Email marketing") so you know what it is later.
  2. Turn on Enabled, paste in the Webhook URL, and pick the method (POST or PUT).
  3. Choose which forms feed it with Send for these forms — every form type is listed, so each destination opts in per form and you choose exactly what flows where.
  4. Map the fields with Add Field: pair each Lead Field (name, email, the message, property details, attribution, and the rest of the 25) with the Destination Key your tool expects, so each lead lands where your system wants it. Map the lead ID too — your CRM can use it to spot duplicates.
  5. Optionally set a Signing Secret — 32 or more random characters. Each request is then signed so your CRM can verify where a lead came from. The secret is encrypted at rest.
  6. Save. After that, every matching lead posts automatically. Need to add constant values or custom headers? Static Fields and Custom Headers sit below the mapping.

What you get

  • leads arriving in your CRM without a copy-paste step
  • field mapping, so each lead lands where your system expects it
  • optional secure signing, so your CRM can verify where a lead came from
  • automatic retries — if a destination is briefly unreachable, the lead sends again rather than dropping
  • the full record available any time as a 41-column CSV export — see Leads

Good to know

  • Nothing sends until a destination is configured. Leads collect in your inbox either way — delivery is an addition, not a requirement. Leave the destinations empty and lead delivery is simply off.
  • Test submissions are never sent to your live tools.
  • It's a webhook, not a marketplace app: nothing to install inside your CRM, and if a tool accepts webhooks, it works.
  • Each destination can be changed or removed later from the same tab.
  • Your lead inbox stays the system of record regardless of what you connect.
  • Building the receiving end yourself? The payload format and signature verification are documented in Lead Webhooks — hand that page to your developer.
