Market news is the fastest thing on your site: when something happens in your market — a rate move, a big lease, a zoning shift — you add your take and the assistant turns it into a published piece the same day. Prospects notice who is commenting on the market, and AI assistants read for freshness when they decide who is still active.
Where to find it
Same place as articles: open Blog in the left menu and click Add New. Market news is a flavor of the article builder, so the menu and the five steps feel identical — the topic you bring is what makes it news. The Blog menu belongs to the Director's account; staff members can prepare drafts.
Step by step
- Bring the event. In the topic step, point the builder at what happened — a sentence is enough, or record a short voice note explaining it. Two minutes of you talking is the best source there is.
- Add your take. The news flavor adds its own fields: a summary, what it means for your clients — investors, tenants, and owners — your take, action items, and a client email alert. Your read on the event goes here.
- Write, picture, check & publish. The rest runs like any article — draft, pick a picture, run the checklist, and publish. Like everything you make yourself, nothing goes out without your approval.
What you get
A same-day market take with your name on it, and every channel fed from the same sitting: a summary, what it means for your clients, your take, the analysis — what happened, why it matters, and what to watch next — action items, a LinkedIn version, a client email alert with a teaser, and the search engine title and description.
