A plain-English guide to every part of your UpliftCRE site, one page per feature — what it is, where it lives in your dashboard, and how to use it.

Everything on your UpliftCRE site falls into one of the guides below. Each one names the exact menu it lives under in your dashboard, walks through the screens in order, and tells you who on your team can use it. If you're new, Start walks through the six steps from checkout to a live site first.

A quick word on menus: your dashboard's left menu is the same for advisors and Directors on the basics — Property Listings, Track Record, Case Studies, Team Directory, Leads Inbox. The firm-level menus — Website Settings, Market Reports, Markets Served, Services, Asset Types, Blog, FAQs, Testimonials, and the CRE Glossary — belong to the Director's account. Each guide below says who sees what.

Your proof

  • Property Listings — put a property on the market: one builder pass writes the page, the pitch emails, and the social posts from your documents.
  • Track Record — record a closed deal so rep-side work and closed prices (when you approve them) become a permanent public record.
  • Case Studies — turn a win into the story a skeptical prospect is looking for, with permission switches controlling what may be told.
  • Testimonials — publish what your clients already said, with their approval on record.

Your market

  • Market Reports — turn a quarter of market knowledge into a named, published report without starting from a blank page.
  • Market Areas — claim the towns and submarkets you work with a page each, backed by Census figures.
  • Market News — react to a rate move or a big lease the same day with a short take under your name.
  • Articles — answer, once, the questions every client asks you anyway.
  • The CRE Glossary — 500 CRE terms already written and live, so a reader never leaves your site to look one up.

Your pages

  • Bios and the Team Directory — give every teammate a real profile with bios that never contradict each other.
  • Services and Asset Types — make sure someone searching tenant rep, or industrial, lands on a page that says you do exactly that.
  • FAQs — answer the questions prospects search before they ever call, in your own words.

Your leads and your reach

  • Leads — read, research, and follow up on every submission your forms capture.
  • Lead Delivery — push every lead into the CRM you already run, automatically.
  • Lead Intelligence — walk into every first call already briefed on who the lead is.
  • Social Repurposing — turn each new page into a ready-to- paste LinkedIn post instead of a blank composer.
  • The Document Vault — share sensitive listing documents with vetted parties only.
