Services and Asset Types
One clear page for each service you offer and each property type you work, so nobody has to guess what you do.
Two parts of your site's foundation. Services: one clear page for each service you offer, so nobody has to guess what you do — if you do tenant rep but your site only talks listings, you're invisible for tenant rep. Asset types: pages for the property types you work, each with a version per kind of client. Both are always on — no switch, no threshold.
Where to find it
Both menus sit in the dashboard's left menu — Services and Asset Types — and both belong to the Director's account. Open either and click Add New. When your site was built, your full service menu went up already; these builders are for reviewing it and for adding anything new.
Step by step — a service page
- Pick the service. Choose from the catalog — valuation, buyer rep, tenant rep, landlord rep, 1031 exchange, business brokerage — or pick "something else" and name it. The choice becomes the page title, and the builder tells you what the page's button will ask visitors for — a free valuation, a buying requirement, a leasing conversation — each arriving as a lead.
- Link the team. Choose the team members who work this service, and add a sentence or two about what makes your approach different — real material beats a blank box.
- Generate and review. After the page is written, a review panel replaces the wizard with a checklist and two rewrite buttons: Rewrite this page and Rewrite the request page — rewriting one never changes the other. There's also Undo last generation.
Step by step — an asset-type set
- Pick the property type — industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and the rest of your mix. The builder tells you up front: this will write up to five pages — the main page for the type, plus a page each for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, because each is looking for different answers. (Tip the builder itself gives: add every property type, not just your specialty.) The choice locks when you save — a different type means a new asset-type entry.
- Add notes. One set of notes shapes every page in the set — you won't be asked again per page.
- Generate. One click — Write My Pages — writes all five, each with its own headline, body, and search-engine text. You review and edit everything before it goes live. Afterward a review panel lists each page with its own rewrite button.
What you get
Each service page carries the pitch, what you deliver, how the process goes, and an FAQ — the questions clients actually ask about that service. Each asset-type run delivers up to five pages: the main type page plus the four client pages, each readable on its own.
Good to know
- Always on, both of them. These pages publish straight to your site — no threshold and no module, like Market Areas, FAQs, and The CRE Glossary.
- The service facts come from a service library, so the explainer is right; the rest is written in your voice and stays editable.
- Submarket names on asset-type pages come from your own market areas — the pages reference the geography you've already claimed.
- New capability later? Any time — new capability, new page.
