Market Reports

Turn what you know about your market into a clear quarterly report with your name on it.

A market report turns the data you already have into a professional, named report that publishes as a live page on your site — not a PDF — where prospects, search engines, and AI assistants can actually find it. Your own take is in it. One report takes about 10 minutes.

Where to find it

In your dashboard, open Market Reports in the left menu and click Add New. This menu belongs to the Director's account — on a team site, market reports are the Director's to create.

Step by step

  1. Report Basics. Three picks tell the AI what this report covers — and name it for you:
    • Market area — pick from your published market areas, or click + New market area and create one right here with a name, a type, a state, and an anchor address (the anchor drives the free Census data).
    • Property type.
    • Report period — quarterly or annual, or a custom period in your own words. A live preview shows the title as you pick: {Market} {Type} Market Report — {Period}. Once a report is published the title freezes; reporting on a new period means starting a new report.
  2. Documents. Drop your source material into the dropzone — market data PDFs, charts, or CSV exports. Note where the data came from (for your records only — not published), and set the data as-of date. Nothing on hand? This step works from your notes.
  3. Generate. If your market area hasn't fetched its Census demographics yet, click Fetch Census Demographics. Then click Generate Report Summary.
  4. Review. The draft lands in the AI-Generated Report Content area, all editable, with a checklist on top. Read it, fix anything, then publish. Not happy? Regenerate rewrites it — or Revert to previous if an earlier draft was better. No hero image? Generate Hero Image writes one.

What you get

Fifteen AI outputs, all editable: hero description and executive summary, the full report body — vacancy and absorption, a submarket breakdown with a comparison table, rental rates, the construction pipeline, investment activity and cap rates, and demand drivers — key takeaways, a market-metrics table, charts, the market outlook, your advisor's take, investor and tenant implications, a LinkedIn post, a market FAQ, sources and methodology, and the search engine title and description. A tracked QR code for the report sits in the same content area, ready to download for flyers.

Good to know

  • When your source and the web disagree, the report uses yours. The writer is barred from inventing figures or claiming a source it didn't consult.
  • It publishes as a live page, not a PDF — one address you can send to anyone.
  • The market-reports section appears with your first published report. A single current report is a complete standing asset; the section, archive, and menu link come alive with it.
  • Quarterly is the rhythm most advisors aim for — the platform doesn't enforce a cadence. You pick the report period.
  • The pieces connect: the report references your Market Areas, and glossary terms such as cap rate link to their definitions right inside the report — see The CRE Glossary.
