Track Record
Every closed deal becomes a permanent record on your site, from the seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant side.
The Track Record is the permanent record of the deals you've closed, published on your own domain in a form AI assistants and prospects can read. Four sides are supported — seller, buyer, landlord, and tenant representation — including rep-side deals that portals have no place for. If you do buyer rep or tenant rep work, this is where that work becomes visible. Recording a closed deal takes about 10 minutes.
Where to find it
In your dashboard, open Track Record in the left menu and click Add New. Directors see the firm's deals; advisors see their own. The fastest way in is often from the listing itself — when you mark a listing Under Contract, Sold, or Leased, the builder asks "Capture the deal?" Click Fill it in now and the final terms carry over; recording just those takes about a minute. Later parks it, and Don't ask me for this listing stops the prompt for good.
Step by step
- Enter the deal details in the Deal Details section. Required: deal name, transaction type, property type, address, city, state, and close date. Recommended: square footage, transaction value, and which side you represented — those make the record stronger. Bonus, if you have them: the source listing, a case study, and team members. The four sides are chosen here — transaction type plus representation covers seller rep, buyer rep, landlord rep, and tenant rep.
- Keep a deal private if you need to. In the Financials tab, the Confidential switch holds back the price and client fields — the record still counts, and nothing sensitive shows.
- Click Continue to Generate →, then Generate Deal Summary. The assistant turns the deal data into the story — it never searches for figures and never invents them.
- Review. Nothing publishes until you press publish, exactly like listings. Edit anything in its tab (Deal Info, Financials, Relationships, Deal Story, Distribution, SEO) and publish when it reads right.
What you get
Nine AI outputs per deal, all editable:
- the deal summary — the one-liner
- expertise signals, two to four — the skills this deal proves
- the deal narrative, in first person, your voice
- market context
- a deal-metrics card — the numbers of the deal in one display
- a LinkedIn post
- the client result — one sentence from the client's perspective
- the search engine title and description
Good to know
- Price privacy is your call, per deal. The Confidential switch decides whether the price and client details show. Keep it on and they stay off the page — and out of the AI's prompts too.
- The numbers come from you. The AI never searches for figures on a closed deal and never invents them.
- Your public track-record wall appears once three deals are published. Below that, individual entries are still live at their own links; the collection page simply waits until there's a record worth showing.
- The loop closes itself. A case study can write the deal into your Track Record from its own review screen, so one closed deal can become a listing page, a case study, and a track-record entry without re-entering anything. See Case Studies.
- Where the closed price shows publicly is set per listing on the listing itself — see Property Listings for that switch.
