FAQs
The questions prospects always ask, answered once and kept on your site.
Your FAQ list is yours alone: every answer is written by hand — no AI drafts, no assistant in the middle — and the page keeps them organized for every prospect who wonders the same thing. Prospects rarely ask these questions out loud; they search first. Answered once on your site, each answer works for every prospect after that. FAQs are always on from day one — no setup, no threshold.
Where to find it
In your dashboard, open FAQs in the left menu. This menu belongs to the Director's account — on a team site, the FAQ list is the Director's to write and keep current. Click Add New for a new question, or open any question in the list to revise it.
Step by step
- Write the question as the title — in the words a prospect would actually type.
- Write the answer in the Answer field. Full sentences; this is your position, in your words. Nothing generates between you and it.
- Add the short version — an optional one-to-two-sentence summary. This is the copy handed to search engines and AI assistants, so make it a clean, standalone answer.
- Set the order. Display Order decides sequence — lower numbers appear first; leave it blank and the question sorts last. A Category keeps longer lists organized.
- Publish — or use the Show on Site switch to hide a question without unpublishing it, useful for answers that are only true this quarter.
What you get
- a public FAQ page on your site
- a short version of each answer handed to search engines and AI assistants, in a form they can read
The questions that belong here are the ones that come up in every conversation: what working with you costs, how a process goes, whether someone needs a broker for their situation, and the specifics of your market.
Good to know
- "You write every answer. No AI touches your FAQ list." This is deliberate. These are your positions, in your words — nothing gets generated between you and them.
- Separately, your market pages get AI-generated local FAQs of their own. Those live inside Market Areas and never touch the list you write — the assistant's lane and yours stay apart.
- A term the CRE Glossary doesn't cover belongs here — custom definitions live in your FAQs, in your own words.
- Internal notes stay internal. A notes field on each question is for your team and never shows on the site.
