Testimonials
What your clients already said about you, shown where a prospect will see it.
Testimonials are what your clients already said about you, shown where a prospect will see it — and, like your FAQs, they are never written by AI. The words are your clients', approved by your clients, and shown the way your clients wrote them. An unverifiable quote is worth less than none, so this feature is built to keep every word checkable.
Where to find it
In your dashboard, open Testimonials in the left menu. This menu belongs to the Director's account — adding and editing testimonials is the Director's job on a team site.
Step by step
How a testimonial arrives. Two ways. A client can give a testimonial through your site's chat assistant — it lands in the list as a draft, already carrying the client's sign-off. Or the Director adds one by hand: click Add New, and fill in the fields — Client Name, their title and company if you have them, the Testimonial Quote, an optional shorter version, a Star Rating (five, four, three, or leave it unspecified, which shows as five), and optionally a video link, the related listing or case study, and the agent it's about — leave that blank for a firm-wide testimonial.
Approval. Only add quotes your client approved in writing. Chat testimonials arrive already carrying the client's sign-off.
Publishing. Publish as you would any page. The testimonial wall on your site appears once three are published — your site never asks to be vouched for until the vouching is there.
What you get
- a public testimonial wall, shown where prospects look
- each quote carrying the client's name, rating, and the related listing or case study when linked
- every quote marked "as a client review," so search engines and AI assistants read it as the client's words, not yours
Troubleshooting
I edited a quote and it disappeared from the site. That's the guard working, and the notice on the edit screen says exactly what happened: "The quote was edited after client approval — the sign-off no longer applies. Restore the approved text or obtain a fresh approval." Put the approved wording back and publish it again, or send the new wording to your client and get a fresh approval before it goes live again.
A client's chat testimonial won't publish. If the client's sign-off is missing, the quote is held back as a draft — it can't go live unapproved.

Good to know
- No AI writing, ever. Nothing is drafted, polished, or "improved" here. What your client said is what shows.
- Any later edit takes the testimonial down until it's re-approved. That's the point: what's published is what the client signed off on.
- Why the approval step matters: a quote a prospect can trust is worth more than a wall of unverified praise. The approval record is what makes the wall credible.
- Testimonials are one of three kinds of proof on your site, alongside your Track Record and Case Studies.
