Your Dashboard
The first-login tour — how to get in, what each menu in your dashboard is for, and who on your team sees what.
Your dashboard is where your site's content and settings live. This page is the tour: how to get in the first time, what each menu is for, and who on your team sees what.
Getting in
When your site is built, an email arrives with a link
to your site and a link to set your password. Set the password, then log in at your site's
address followed by /wp-admin — for example, yoursite.com/wp-admin. That one address is
the only door; bookmark it.
Until you launch, your site stays hidden from search engines. What you are logging in to see is your private preview.
The left menu
The menus come in two groups: the content menus — the things you publish — and, for your firm's Director, the settings that shape the site. If a menu below is not in your list, the who-sees-what table at the bottom explains why.
The content menus:
- Property Listings — every property on the market: the page, the write-up, the outreach emails, and the social posts, written from your documents. Property Listings
- Market Reports — a quarter of market knowledge turned into a named, published report. Market Reports
- Markets Served — the towns and submarkets you work, a page each backed by Census figures. Market Areas
- Services — your service pages: what you do, and who on the team delivers it. Services and Asset Types
- Team Directory — teammate profiles and bios; an advisor edits their own profile here. Bios and the Team Directory
- Asset Types — the property types you handle; one run writes a main page plus a page for each kind of client. Services and Asset Types
- Blog — articles that answer, once, the questions every client asks you anyway. Articles
- CRE Glossary — 500 CRE terms, live from day one and kept current here. The CRE Glossary
- FAQs — your own answers to the questions prospects search before they call. FAQs
- Case Studies — a win turned into the story a skeptical prospect is looking for, with permission switches controlling what may be told. Case Studies
- Testimonials — what your clients already said, with their approval on record. Testimonials
- Track Record — your closed deals, recorded on your site. Track Record
- Leads Inbox — every submission your site's forms capture, private and with full attribution. Leads
Website Settings and Website Pages
Directors get two more menus at the top of the list.
Website Settings is the site's setup, one screen each:
- Modules — what is on for your site, and the switches behind it. Tools and sections
- Custom Scripts — paste snippets from services you trust, such as analytics or a chat widget. The screen says plainly that this code runs on your live site.
- Custom Domain — the four-step wizard that connects the domain you own. The page appears once domain management is switched on for your site. Custom domain
- AI Connector — connect the ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini you already use to your own site, and ask it to do the work. The AI Assistant Connector
- Team — add teammates and set their roles.
- Confidentiality Agreement — the agreement buyers accept before opening sensitive listing documents. The Document Vault
Website Pages holds the fixed pages of your site — Home Page, About Page, Contact Page, the Services Hub, the Resources Hub, Schedule Meeting, Thank You, 404 Page, Listing Search — plus About Brokerage and Join Our Team when their modules are on. Each has its own AI page generator, and you review before anything changes.
Who sees what
| Menu | Advisor | Director | Staff |
|---|---|---|---|
| Property Listings | own listings | all listings | drafts only |
| Track Record | own deals | all deals | — |
| Case Studies | own | all | drafts only |
| Team Directory | own profile | all profiles | — |
| Leads Inbox | own leads | firm-wide | read-only |

Where the table says "own," an advisor sees and edits their own work; a Director sees the firm's.
Good to know
- The design stays locked. The dashboard is for content and settings — there is nothing in it that can change your layout. You cannot break the design by mistake, and neither can the AI.
- There is no Users screen. People are added on the Team screen under Website Settings.
- Leads have no Add New. Leads arrive only from your site's forms, which keeps the record honest — see Leads.
- Your dashboard can open with your hottest leads. When lead intelligence is on, a Hot Leads panel — "call these first" — ranks your open leads at the top.
