The Six Steps

From checkout to a live site — the six steps, what each one asks of you, and how long it takes.

Getting from signup to a live site takes six steps. Here is the whole path, with the time each step asks of you.

1. Pick a plan and check out — about 5 minutes

Checkout runs on a secure hosted page, and the plan you pick travels with your signup. Every plan includes every platform feature — the plans differ only in how many Market Voice articles come with them.

2. Chat with the intake assistant — 5 to 10 minutes

The intake chat is the only intake. There is no form to fill out. It looks you up first, so mostly you check and correct what it found: your name, brokerage, markets, property types, services, and a few sentences for your bio.

Your answers save as you go. If you stop partway, an email link lets you resume where you left off.

After the chat, a research pass runs behind the scenes. It usually takes a few hours, and checking what it found takes about 5 minutes on your phone. We won't write your site until you confirm.

3. We review and build your site

A real person reviews your answers. Then your site is built with your brokerage's branding, and your bio and core pages — home, about, services, contact — are drafted for you to read and correct.

4. Your site is ready — our target: 3–5 business days

An email arrives with your site link and a password setup link. You can log in, look around, and check every detail before anything goes public. Your dashboard is a tour of what you will see.

Every site is checked before we release it to you: automated checks and two AI reviews — one that the homepage renders as a complete professional site, and one that checks every page names you and your market.

Your site stays hidden from search engines until you launch.

5. Finish your content — at your pace

Add listings, closed deals, and case studies through simple forms — Property Listings, Track Record, and Case Studies in your dashboard's left menu. The AI drafts with you — you talk, it writes. The design stays locked, and nothing you make publishes until you approve it. Market Voice articles are the one exception — see Market Voice.

6. Connect your domain and go live — a few minutes

A built-in wizard walks you through it: enter the domain you own, point your DNS, activate, and go live. The security certificate installs automatically, and your domain is yours. The details are in Custom domain.

One site at a time

We build sites in order. One at a time. Every build is released by hand, in the order people sign up.
