Tools and Sections
How your site's sections appear as you publish, what is on from day one, and the switches in Website Settings.
Your site grows the honest way: sections appear when there is something worth showing. Most sections need no switch — publish the work, and the section builds itself.
Sections that appear as you publish
| When you publish | This section appears |
|---|---|
| Your first listing | Listings |
| Three articles | Insights |
| Two case studies | Case studies |
| Three testimonials | Testimonials |
| Three closed deals | Track record |
| One market report | Market reports |
Below a threshold, the section page simply does not exist yet. Anything you have already published is still live at its own link — the section, its menu entry, and its archive wait until there is a body of work worth showing.
Your Director can watch this on Website Settings → Modules, under the Content Sections
card: each row shows Visible, Hidden — none yet, or Hidden — {n} of {threshold}
published, with a progress bar and a note saying how many more to publish.
On from day one
Part of the site's foundation from the start: markets served, services, asset types, the team directory, the 500-term CRE glossary, and FAQs.
The switches your Director holds
Directors find the short list of real switches at Website Settings → Modules:
- Parent Brokerage page (under the Website Pages card) — adds an About Brokerage setup screen under Website Pages.
- Recruiting page (same card) — adds a Join Our Team setup screen under Website Pages.
- Deal Room (under the Site Tools card) — buyer-gated access to listing documents, plus the generated listing memo. The agreement buyers sign is edited at Website Settings → Confidentiality Agreement.
Flipping a switch on always works — if setup steps are left, the switch shows them, with a link to fix each one.
Managed by the team
Everything else on the Modules screen is managed at the platform level, not by the site owner:
- Lead Intelligence — deeper AI research and call-prep on your leads. Ask the team to turn it on.
- Content Sync — wiring new publishes to your own automation. Ask the team.
About social posting
Every listing and article comes with a ready-to-post social update. You approve it and paste it — nothing is posted to social media for you.
