Forms Reference
The twelve built-in lead forms — their ids, steps, fields, where each is used, and the form types used for webhook routing.
Your site ships with twelve built-in lead forms. Every submission becomes a lead in your Leads Inbox, and each form has a stable type your webhooks can filter on — see Lead webhooks.

tenant-search | Tenant Search | tenant_search | 8 | Contact info, business details and size, space requirements (square footage, layout, offices, ceiling height), location preferences, lease type and monthly budget, special requirements (parking, accessibility, HVAC, zoning, security, amenities), timing and move-in flexibility, additional comments |
vault-access | Request Vault Access | vault_access | 1 | Name, email, phone (optional), company, a typed signature, confidentiality agreement acceptance, the listing |
Two structural notes: the name field on every form captures first and last name separately, and each multi-step form breaks its questions into labeled steps — the tenant search, the longest, runs eight steps from "Your Information" through "Additional Comments or Details".

Attribution, captured automatically
Alongside the visible fields, every lead records where it came from — no extra work for the visitor or for you:
- Channel — search engine, AI assistant, listing portal, referral, social media, or other.
- The assistant, when it was one — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, or another, with room for a short free-text note.
- The page — the URL and title of the page the form was submitted from.
- Referrer and UTM parameters — as captured by the browser.
These land on the lead record, appear in the Leads Inbox, and ride along in the webhook
payload as ucre_lead_attribution_source and ucre_lead_attribution_detail.
Every form also carries bot protection, so the leads arriving in your inbox are people.
AI Citability
